Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for one-time purchases of GearsLib Premium.


Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle, which serves as the merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing and final refund decisions. GearsLib support provides first-line assistance, helps investigate issues, and may request additional verification details when needed.


Refund Eligibility Period

Paddle provides a minimum 14-day refund/cancellation period under its Buyer Terms. Within 14 calendar days of purchase, you may request a refund without giving a reason.


Situations Where Refunds Are Typically Not Granted

After the 14-day minimum period, refunds are generally not available if the redemption code has already been redeemed, premium benefits have been used, or there is repeated abusive refund activity. Refunds may still be approved in cases such as duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or confirmed technical defects and delivery failures, and where required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Paddle Buyer Terms or mandatory consumer protection laws.


How to Request a Refund

Please email [email protected] with your receipt email, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. If additional verification is required, we may ask for more information before review. If your issue is not resolved through GearsLib support, you may also contact Paddle support for further assistance.


Processing Time

We aim to review eligible requests within 3 business days, but timing is not guaranteed and may vary based on verification requirements and Paddle processing. After approval, the time for funds to be returned depends on the payment method and the bank, and typically takes an additional 5-10 business days.


Consumer Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
