Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for one-time purchases of GearsLib Premium that are processed through Paddle.


Merchant of Record

Paddle serves as the merchant of record for payments. Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be processed by Paddle and GearsLib support together.


Refund Eligibility Period

If a redemption code has not been used and premium benefits have not been consumed, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.


Situations Where Refunds Are Typically Not Granted

Refunds are generally not available if the redemption code has already been redeemed, premium benefits have been used, or there is repeated abusive refund activity. However, we may consider refunds in cases of duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or confirmed technical delivery failures.


How to Request a Refund

Please email [email protected] and provide the Paddle receipt email, the transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. If processing through Paddle is required, we may ask you to complete Paddle's verification steps.


Processing Time

Eligible requests are normally reviewed within 3 business days. After approval, the time for funds to be returned depends on the payment method and the bank, and typically takes an additional 5-10 business days.


Consumer Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
